Anxiety

Women's Issues represent a large range of life stressors that women experience. I specialize in helping women with the unique challenges they face. I create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where women can increase confidence, focus on self-care, and make positive changes in their lives.

Life transitions can be overwhelming. I provide support and guidance through these changes. Therapy is specifically tailored to life transitions such as becoming a parent, recent breakup, going to college, moving, or changing your career. Signs of stress associated with life transitions can include worrying, withdrawing from family and friends, or even experiencing physical symptoms, such as difficulty sleeping.

Living with anxiety can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. My psychotherapy services provide effective therapy for anxiety, using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  to help you manage and decrease your symptoms. Together, we'll work on developing coping strategies and skills to help you overcome your fears and worry.  Together we can help you live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
